Jason McDougall started investing in real estate full time in 2016. His initial focus was wholesaling and flipping properties, but he understood the importance of passive income and pursued building a rental portfolio in 2017. Jason has a strong desire for efficiency, systems, & processes, which he has implemented to manage his rental portfolio. He understood that property management consisted of not only tenant management, but management of the physical asset, and also managing the financial potential of each property.
Throughout the years, Jason has completed over 300 investment transactions to include wholesaling, flipping, owner financing, and rental acquisition. He lives in Decatur TX with his wife Miranda and his two boys Spencer and Wyatt.
